CAMES is a research centre specialised in materials science and energy research. The Centre is home to a range of material preparation and characterisation equipment for determining material crystallinity, size surface area properties, to conduct research on energy conversion and functional materials for energy applications.
CAMES also offers graduate studies programmes in energy sciences and material sciences as well as breadth modules for undergraduates. Local and international students are welcome to join us!
Our Students often graduate with published academic articles in Scopus-indexed journals preparing them for a future career in research academia and industry. During their time in CAMES, they are also exposed to various university/national events, conferences and seminars when opportunity arises.
